We then discuss the most suitable package or individual services and confirm the scope before onboarding begins. For customers moving forward, the existing process continues through package selection, submission of onboarding details, remote onboarding and service activation. MSP partners can use the same conversation to discuss customer requirements and the partner application process.
Support and ongoing operations
CyberOM combines managed security services with 24/7 SOC monitoring. Once services are active, the SOC monitors the covered environment and the CyberOM team supports the operational relationship through the established support channels.
